It takes courage to complain about a defective product, or poor service. Not the big courage of saving a life or defending one's family, but the small courage of offering a little constructive criticism. Many of us would rather not ” Make a Scene” over a bad meal, or bad product or service. When we receive less than stellar service, and say nothing, this is not helping anyone, and does a disservice to everyone-else. Most businesses truly appreciate a little constructive criticism. It is, after all, the only way many may have of knowing they, or some of their hired help, may be doing a less than adequate job. Appropriate criticism, when properly delivered, goes a long way to making the world a better place for all of us.
