News Finders
For hundreds of years news was something collected by a few, edited by even less, and metered out to us once a day or week on some dead trees. The invention of radio & TV delivered our news a little faster, but was still the realm of a few feeding the many what “they” thought we wanted.

The Internet has changed everything! Nearly anyone can now publish what they think is news. This, of course, is a two edged sword. Who do you trust? The big formal news services who must trim the news down to short simple news-bytes, or the myriad of little guys who’s sources may be of questionable quality?

My news philosophy is simple. The more sources – The better. Now with the Internet we have the option of reading various news events from several sources, of course with a critical eye, then sift the truth from the hyperbole.

Drudge
The Drudge Report is a U.S.-based news aggregation website run by Matt Drudge. The site consists mainly of links to stories from the US and international mainstream media about politics, entertainment, and current events as well as links to many popular columnists. Occasionally Drudge authors news stories himself. The Report originated around 1994 as a weekly subscriber-based email dispatch. It is most famous for being the first news source to break the Monica Lewinsky scandal to the public after Newsweek decided not to publish the story.

We Love to Hear From Our Viewers!

For a network whose slogan is "We Report, You Decide," it would not make any sense if we didn't have an open forum for our fans. So if you want to give Hannity & Colmes a piece of your mind, or tell Jane Skinner your idea of an interesting health segment, or send a note to Bill O'Reilly (no bloviating, please!), find the show you want to e-mail, and start typing. After all, if Bill can stand up and get into a verbal battle with a guest for what he believes in, and Neil Cavuto can rattle off his facts and figures, and Greta Van Susteren can break down the issues ... then why can't you?!

Right Side News
Left Side News
The site is non-partisan but left-leaning. It is left biased and readers should expect to read the site as a left wing site with a left wing perspective. That does not mean it supports only one party. All progressives are welcome.

Our experience is that most left of center websites tend to be all serious, all politics and activism oriented. But we know that liberals, progressives, people who don't like George Bush and his cronies also love the arts, entertainment, travel, that they have busy lives, families, hearts, minds and spirits that can benefit from information and inspiration too.
