Discussion of the Browning 1911 pistol. Technical, reloading, competitive shooting, design and general jabber. (unmoderated)This list WILL NOT be a narrow banded topic list. The discussion will range far and wide and as long as it is of interest to the "members" for the list, it's not "off topic." I expect we'll have heated discussions over time. The fundamental rule is that there are to be no personal attacks - a generalized rant is acceptable, but don't get down to "Yah, well YOUR Momma said..."
For those of you looking for a topic-controlled list, please let me know and we'll help you find such a creature. Here we have a gathering of people to whom the exchange of data, information and ideas is more important than restricting the topic to a narrow band.

For discussion of all aspects of the making and shooting of bullets which are CAST LEAD in any firearms whether black powder or smokeless. This may include bumping or swaging bullets, which are CAST.
