My New Computer
Won't Work!

I just bought a new computer and it hangs or freezes all the time. What should I do? Should I reformat and reload the hard drive? Should I upgrade to a different version of Windows? Please help me; I don't know what to do!
I receive emails like the above every few days. How do I answer these questions? If we take a slightly different look at the above, how would you answer the questions?
I just bought a new car and it quits two or three times, each morning on the way to work. And each day, after work, I find that the battery is dead. What should I do? Should I buy a new engine? Should I buy a new battery? Please help me, I don't know what to do!
Now how would you answer these questions? How about something like… “Take it back to where you bought it, and demand they fix it!”

If they won't or can't fix your computer, may I suggest you visit my products? They work!
