What we did then:
We immediately declared war against the easily identifiable perpetrators. We then beat them into total submission, and demanded unconditional surrender. Hard? Yes! We lost a lot of good men, but we stopped that murder and aggression forever!
What we must do now:
Declare war against all religious jihads, with particular attention to Hamas, Hezbollah, and especially Al-Qaeda, the organization of Osama bin Laden. This is not a civil event with fines, it is WAR! It is not just criminal, with trials and jails, it is WAR! We must hunt down all who promote barbaric atrocities under the mantle of supposed jihads, then kill them.This was not caused by the easy access to jet aircraft, any more than drive-by shootings are caused by easy access to guns. The current nonsense about making aircraft harder to hijack will, at best, cause our enemies to use another avenue. The 1993 World Trade Center truck-bomb killed 6 people. This most recent attack has killed 3,025 of our citizens. If we don't have the courage to eliminate every single middle-eastern religious fanatic NOW, the next attack may kill millions of our people.Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Iran, Iraq, and all other countries known to harbor terrorists must be put on notice that they have but a few days to round up and execute every terrorist, follower, and supporter, including sympathizers, or we will visit upon them the Fires of Hell. If they want to visit their Allah, we will oblige!
"It's the minds of people, not the machines in their hands!" A truce with, or surrender of, a religious fanatic is simply not possible! We have no choice but to exterminate them, or be exterminated by them.
This is a matter of WAR, not a diplomatic or political matter. We must now take off the gloves, and solve this once and for all.
Yes, we will lose some of our good military men and woman, and the whimpering hand-ringers of the world, who's butts we will have surely saved, will call what we must do all manner of nasty names, but if we don't stop this now and FOREVEVER we will, next time, lose our citizens, not in the thousands or tens of thousands... but in the millions!
We have but two choices: Kill them and their sympathizers TODAY, or have them kill us and our families TOMORROW.
After we accomplish this distasteful, but necessary task, we must then strike the word "
jihad" from the minds of those in whom it would rekindle. We then need to create and maintain an army of spies (for several decades) in those countries that we leave standing. Our monitor's responsibility will be the immediate assassination any who would ever again so much as whisper the word... "Jihad"It is with a great sorrow for the loss of our people, and the losses we will cause by our necessary actions, that I propose this. It is, however, the only logical solution to this problem. I am brokenhearted, but my resolve is fortified.
It is far better to shed a few tears today, than to mourn the loss of our country tomorrow.
